We rang in 2009 at home with our friends Chad and Hillary and their baby Hamilton (8 months). Last year Kevin and I stayed home by ourselves and barely made it to midnight so we were happy to have people to celebrate with this year. We enjoyed some cocktails and appetizers while the boys played and after we put them to bed we ate a late dinner of delicious crab legs and steak skewers. It was quite the feast-- good thing I'm back to hitting the gym like everyone else this week!
We are looking forward to a great year and all that it may bring! Here's wishing for good health, peace and prosperity in 2009!
