9 months old

Another month of milestones for our little Gracie girl! She is just too much for words right now. Her smile, her sweet baby babbles, her interest in everything. It's amazing to me how fast she is changing from baby to toddlerhood. She wants to be in the middle of anything that's going on especially if it involves her brother or other kids. She loves attention from anyone who is willing to give it to her- which is most everyone. She also loves to eat.....a funny story: Yesterday after waking up from her nap I brought her downstairs and proceeded to change her diaper. Kevin was eating some lunch on the couch and she knew he had food so as soon as I let her free she quickly crawled over to him, pulled herself up, and much to her dismay the plate was empty! You could see the look on her face melt with pure disappointment and then she started crying the saddest cry I've ever heard! Daddy broke her heart by not sharing with her. She even buried her head into Kevin's chest wanting him to console her! We got quite the kick out of this little spectacle.
I'm excited to see how much she's grown since her 6 month doctor's appointment and for all that she has in store for us in month 10- I'm predicting this will be our last month of non-walking. Then the real fun begins!!
